The Southwest Campus Apartments project is located on the existing Warren Hall and Hillblom Center site in the Southwest campus zone, at 900 Weyburn Place North. The Project accommodates approximately 321 graduate beds and 1,958 upper-division undergraduate beds in a combination of two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, with the majority of them 4 Bedrooms/4 Beds for graduates and 4 Bedrooms/8 Beds for undergraduates. Student support space will include a ground-level multi-purpose space, a common study, a meeting space, a mailroom, and laundry facilities. The development consists of (3) 8-9 story buildings totaling up to 591,100 gross square feet (gsf). |
