Rosenfeld Hall Expansion and Renovation

The project renovated and constructed an addition to consolidate simulated medical training at UCLA. The improvements created one of the few facilities in the nation to co-locate mock clinical experiences, surgical and procedural simulation, and inter-professional emergency and hospital team training in one building.

The scope of work included full renovation on the first level; building-wide systems improvements including a new electrical substation, sprinkler system, HVAC, and elevator upgrades. Site improvements consisted of replacement of exterior landscaping and select hardscape.
