MP100 Suite 700 Clinic Renovation

The project remodeled about 15,400 gross square feet (gsf) of the existing medical clinic and office space on the seventh floor of the building to create clinical and support space for UCLA Health, comprising about 9,200 assignable square feet (asf).

The scope of work included demolition of existing conditions; new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; built-in casework; and new interior finishes. Improvements to building mechanical systems included new air handling units to support the new clinical suites.
