Wooden Center Seismic and Program Improvements

This project provides seismic improvements to bring the facility to a Seismic Rating of at least IV, to ensure compliance with the UC Seismic Safety Policy. The project is also renovating and repurposing 7,123 asf of existing spaces and adding 2,523 asf of new program space by enclosing the building’s exterior loggia.
