The current budget reflects preliminary plans and working drawings funding for the entire project, as well as construction funding for the Advanced Working Phase portion of the project only. This project includes core and shell improvements at UCLA Research Park East, a recently acquired three-story building with two underground levels at 10800 West Pico Boulevard in Los Angeles. The project would retrofit the facility for multi-tenant use, including biomedical research and quantum physics laboratories, which would be developed in subsequent tenant improvement projects.
