Perform detailed 3D scans of each room within the project area to inventory medical equipment, verify as-built conditions, and identify non-compliant anchorages. • Conduct an above-ceiling survey to verify existing conditions for nonstructural components of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, including utility lines, ducts, ceilings, lighting, and elevator guide rails in the project area; develop as-built drawings; and identify key locations requiring seismic upgrades. • Install anchorage and seismic bracing for all identified medical equipment and building systems within the project area. Depending on the existing pipe conditions, the project may require full replacement of the sanitary sewer lines rather than adding bracing or supports, to ensure long-term reliability and code compliance.
