This project will improve the Los Angeles Tennis Center from a Seismic Performance Rating of VI to at least IV to ensure compliance with the UC Seismic Safety Policy. Accessibility and code-compliance improvements triggered by the seismic work are included, along with upgrades to address waterproofing and stormwater drainage deficiencies.
