This project includes core and shell improvements at UCLA Research Park East, a recently acquired three-story building with two underground levels at 10800 West Pico Boulevard in Los Angeles. The project would retrofit the facility for multi-tenant use, including biomedical research and quantum physics laboratories, which will be developed in subsequent tenant improvement projects. |
