This project is redeveloping the site of Gayley Towers, an aging 1981 apartment building comprised of 51 studio units, into an eight-story dormitory-style facility with up to 545 beds in double and triple units for undergraduate students. Gayley Towers will include several desirable amenities, including living areas, shared kitchens, community bathrooms, and a landscaped courtyard. Go to Active Projects |
